As I drove in I ask someone if she was available , I needed to pick on her brains, and it was about a loan. She came out, (even though she was getting ready to go to a lake county event to receive her award of Best of Best Mortgage Broker in Lake County.) attended to my questions, answered all my questions, and was so naturally helpful. She is phenomenal, service oriented, friendly, and wants to really help you. I would go to her for any loan.

I first reached out to Janice on the recommendation of another realtor who said, “If anyone can get it done, it’s Janice,” and they were absolutely right. Janice is an amazing loan officer! She guided my clients and me through an extremely challenging USDA transaction with professionalism and incredible dedication. Her company name is spot-on—she truly went above and beyond! Janice even contacted the county building code enforcement office herself to clarify requirements for this particular loan and acted as a seamless liaison between title and the opposing party and myself to navigate difficult details. She patiently explained different loan options to the buyers so they could make confident decisions and I just cant speak highly enough about her depth of knowledge and persistance. I’ll be recommending her to anyone looking to finance a home purchase going forward!

Janice gets it done! I had a VA client who tried several different lenders but couldn’t get approved for a home loan. Before my client gave up; I asked Janice to speak with him to see if there was anything she could do. She had an approval within 2 days; we closed on a home within 30 days. She also went above and beyond and had to jump through some hoops that I’m sure most lenders couldn’t or just wouldn’t try to do. She will do what she can to help you! There is a lesson here; not all lenders are the same. “SOME KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING” Thank you Janice! I’ll be sure to send my clients to you!
